New Release: Approval Assist

Reviewing and approving community flyers keeps families connected. To help you move through your queue faster and with confidence, we’re excited to introduce Approval Assist—a context-driven update to your pending approval portal. This feature is now live in all District Approver portals.

Approval Assist brings priority deadlines and organization background details straight to your screen, taking the guesswork out of flyer reviews.

What You See

• Smart Queue Sorting & Urgency Tags: Your pending approval queue now automatically sorts and color-codes flyers based on target dates. These tell you if a flyer is urgent, time-sensitive, or expiring soon.
• Real-Time Impact Metrics: Track community engagement effortlessly. The new District Approval Count at the top of your portal shows live totals of approved flyers for both the current school year and all-time.
• Org Highlight Tags: Quickly assess a submitter's track record without leaving the portal:
  • Previously Approved: Partners your district has approved before.
  • High Engagement Org: Organizations whose content consistently resonates with parents.
  • High Capacity Org: High-volume organizations with strong global approval rates.
  • Tenured Org: Long-standing organizations active on Peachjar for 2+ years.
  • Established Org: Organizations with deep operational roots (15+ years).

Why You’ll Love It:

• Save Time: Skip manual checks of your notes and who has been approved previously because visual badges provide instant context.
• Reduce Fatigue: Priority sorting helps you tackle urgent requests first.
• Decide with Confidence: Clear data supports faster, more informed choices and empowers you to provide your community with the best-fit resources, programs, and information.
